The Ceramic Coated Cast Iron Hotplate is an optional accessory for use with the CROSSRAY Gas BBQ. It is designed for cooking foods that are best prepared on a flat plate, such as vegetables, hamburgers, and bacon and eggs. The hotplate can be easily used in place of the grill plate and is also helpful when using a smoker box. Additionally, it can be used to assist with low and slow cooking.
