Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Grillhound, each of our outdoor kitchens is built-to-order and tailored to your selection. For this reason, we do not accept returns or change-of-mind cancellations.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections. All purchases are considered final once placed. We encourage all customers to carefully review their order before completing the checkout process.

Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

We fully comply with Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. In such cases, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

  • Notify us immediately upon delivery

  • Take clear photos of the issue

  • Email us at support@grillhound.com.au on the same day of delivery

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping if required.

Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept order cancellations once production has commenced. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@grillhound.com.au or call 1300 590 844. After this period, we are unable to cancel the order.
