Introducing the Masterbuilt Digital Charcoal Smoker


The Masterbuilt Digital Charcoal Smoker is the first of its kind - smoked charcoal flavor with digital controls. Set the temperature on the digital control panel or your smart device and the DigitalFan™ maintains the desired cooking temperature. The charcoal tray holds 16lbs of briquette charcoal or 12lbs of lump charcoal for up to 13 hours. Master the art of charcoal smoking with Masterbuilt.

  • Four racks for a total of 1,320 sq. in. of cooking space

  • Reaches 225°F in 8 minutes or 400°F in 17 minutes

  • DigitalFan minimizes heat fluctuations - maintains temperature

  • Built-in meat probe thermometer for perfect results every time

  • Place wood chunks in the charcoal tray to achieve smoking flavor

  • Water bowl for added moisture

  • Includes swivel casters to easily move the smoker
